Early in 2014, I gave sole selling rights to my residence at 9A Burwood Crescent, Remuera, Auckland to Robert Ashton, real estate salesman of Bayleys Real Estate Ltd, structural engineer and publisher of the Rob Report, an authoritative guide to sales in the Eastern Suburbs of Auckland. My house is very attractive in an excellent area but the market proved to be suspicious of an upper story clad in plaster on timber framing.
