Meet Carmel McLaughlin


Carmel McLaughlin is the fourth generation of her family to live and work in the Newmarket-Remuera area having been schooled there and choosing to raise her own family in the neighbourhood.

As a member of the Bayleys Remuera residential sales team, the local knowledge and connections Carmel has amassed stands her in good stead in the real estate industry where an agent who is intimately familiar with the territory - and the people who live and work there - has a competitive advantage. With over three decades in the fields of education, health and guidance, Carmel’s preparedness to listen to her clients’ stories and translate their goals into workable roadmaps adds value to the sales journey.

Carmel has three children, has been married to John for 30-plus years and is involved with East Auckland Inner Wheel, Te Waipuna Puawai Mercy Oasis, Great Potentials, Auckland Down Syndrome Association, Sacred Heart College, and Baradene College.
